1. What we collect

When you send a Request for Quote (RFQ) or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email, phone, country, and the vehicle / OE part details you ask about. We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not sell personal data.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your RFQ, prepare quotations, process orders and handle export documentation. We do not share it with third parties except: (a) the factory that manufactures the part you ask about, (b) freight forwarders / customs brokers for shipment, and (c) as required by law.

3. Data retention

We keep RFQ and order records for up to 5 years for accounting and customs compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing sales@autobridgeparts.com, subject to records we are legally required to retain.

4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@autobridgeparts.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days.
